“We can go to different places whether it’s the movies, shopping centres, parks or for a beautiful drive and picnic lunch. I just wouldn’t get that otherwise. That’s what makes this place so special.”

Frequently asked questions
We offer a range of housing options to meet diverse needs, including:
- Apartments and villas
- Shared houses
- Homes that don’t require SDA funding, only SIL.
Our housing varies by location across Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast, ensuring the right home and support for each person’s unique needs.
SDA is NDIS-funded housing for participants with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs. These homes are purpose-built or modified to support safety, accessibility, and independence.
SDA funding covers the physical home, not daily support services like personal care. Housing types can include apartments, houses, or shared living arrangements, depending on individual needs and preferences.
SIL is NDIS-funded support that helps people with disability live independently. It includes assistance with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care, in shared or individual living arrangements.
SIL funding is based on the participant’s support needs and covers support workers, not rent, groceries, or the physical home.
Our Disability Accommodation homes provide:
- Purpose-built, accessible housing meeting NDIS standards
- Skilled, 24/7 care tailored to your needs
- Personal care, including dressing and medication management
- Onsite or nearby healthcare and allied health services
We support people with disability who have complex medical and high physical support needs, often requiring substantial daily assistance and multiple high-intensity supports, including personal care, mobility assistance, and specialised medical interventions.
Our 24/7 care is led by a compassionate clinical nursing team, including experienced Registered and Enrolled Nurses. Certificate III qualified support workers provide safe, person-centred care, supervised by the clinical team. Each room also includes a monitored emergency call system for added safety.
We provide coordinated, comprehensive care tailored to each resident’s unique needs, ensuring they live safely, with dignity, and as independently as possible.
