Whether you have a Home Care Package under My Aged Care funding, have an NDIS plan, or wish to pay privately for services, we can help you find the right payment solution for you. Home care packages (HCP)

We can arrange and provide health and wellbeing services to Home Care Package holders across South East Queensland. Read more about Home Care Packages or contact us to see how our health and wellbeing services can help you.

We can also provide services under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

Wesley Mission Queensland is a registered NDIS provider and we provide health and wellbeing services to those with an NDIS plan across Brisbane. Visit one of our two clinics in Brisbane, or ask us about a home visit.

Fee for service

You can pay privately for our services.
