If you are over the age of 18 and live in Brisbane North, you may be eligible under your NDIS plan to access our popular Community Assisted Transport Service (CATS), a door-to-door service for those who are unable to use alternative modes of transport for health or mobility reasons.

Our disability home care support services are available for people over the age of 18 years with an NDIS plan living in the Greater Brisbane region. Minor home modifications are also available in the Pine Rivers region.
