New Ice-Cream Social at Cooper House Aged Care Community
Welcome to our new Ice-cream 🍦 social at Cooper House Residential Aged Care community, thanks to the Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinators Libby Best and Monique Zipf. Monique (known as Mary by the community) also prepared a chalkboard sign, table decorations with 50s milkshake bar vibes and great music videos.
This wonderful idea came from Libby who is the fantastically creative Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator at St Marks. Cooper House residents were more than happy to adopt this activity to our monthly calendar- it’s getting so popular we ran out of seats at the last one!

One of our residents called Chris Schlieff (Manager at St Marks and Cooper House Aged Care Communities) into her room (yes we offer room service too!) to show her Ferrero Rocher Sundae 🍨. The community offered a great menu of ice-creams, sundaes, milkshakes and even soda spiders.
It was great to see so many residents make their way to the event and some who never come out of their room joining in 🙏🏼 !
