Arana Hill Pine Rivers Respite Service is a small, homely centre where you can connect with others and meet new friends. Services include centre-based day respite and a diverse range of day programs and activities, social groups and outings.

Arana Hills centre-based day respite offers a friendly, safe and respectful environment for everyone. You can spend a few hours or a day with us. Here you will make new friends and enjoy social and physical activities created for those over the age of 65 and younger people with a disability.
We welcome people over the age of 18 years with a range of abilities and can provide a safe and secure environment for those living with a diagnosis of dementia.
Take a break and enjoy a fun environment group setting at one of our dedicated restaurant centers located in Brisbane's North. You can connect with familiar faces and meet new friends, while taking part in a diverse range of daily programs, social groups social outings and gentle exercise classes.
You can also enjoy activities that are tailored to your interests, such as art, board games, gardening, music or hands-on activities, such as woodworking and crafts. Winning tea and lunch are provided daily with local area drop-off and collection services available on individual circumstances. Access to government funded respite is determined through a My Aged Care assessment. It's typically used to support carers by providing short-term care for the person they support. In some cases, respite services may still be available even if a person does not have an active carer.

Getting there
There is street parking available and a bus stop directly across the street. We provide transport to and from the centre within the local area for those who have no alternative means of transport.
