Differences between the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and Home Care Packages (HCP)

What are the key differences between CHSP and HCP?
While the Commonwealth Home Support Programme provides entry-level basic support for older individuals to maintain independence at home, Home Care Package funding offers more extensive and tailored care services with a focus on individual needs and goals.
Your level of need will determine which initiative you are eligible for.

Costs and fees
