Tracey Green

Tracey Green is Wesley Mission Queensland’s Director of People and Culture, she leads a team who strategically support and enable the organisation by attracting, engaging and retaining employees and volunteers. Her team also provides employee and industrial relations advice, payroll, and learning and development services.

Tracey is a highly experienced and qualified human resources executive leader, with a background in human resource management, corporate services and as a transformational leader working closely with CEOs, Executive Leadership Teams and Boards.

Before joining Wesley Mission Queensland, Tracey worked with Cancer Council Queensland and the Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland). Prior to that, the majority of her experience was in a corporate/commercial environment, working for organisations such as Ramsay Health Care, Stamford and Hilton Hotels.

Tracey has an honours degree in Social Science and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. She has attended Harvard Business School and completed a Graduate Certificate in Executive Leadership with the University of Queensland.
