Shane Beacall 2023

Bringing thirty years of experience in social care within the not-for-profit sector, Shane has made significant contributions as a senior manager. He holds qualifications in psychology, teaching, community service coordination, leadership and management.

Shane recently celebrated his 20th anniversary with WMQ and has held various senior leadership positions during this time, most recently as General Manager – Social Services.

His dedication to leading and developing successful and impactful services reflects his passion for social justice, outcomes, and impact.

As Director Living Well, Shane will oversee our Disability, Employment and Training; Arts; Youth and Family; Housing and Homelessness and Emergency Relief programs.
