A sneak peek at St Marks Aged Care Community. Today the Lifestyle Team provided afternoon tea (sponge cake and cappuccinos) in the fresh air of 'Settlement Gardens'. 🧁❤️🌳☕🍵

This beautiful garden (maintained by one of our beautiful residents) provided so much shade. It was just perfect today! A lot of them stayed awhile and had a good natter with other residents.

Fresh air not only cleans your lungs, it can also boost your mood, lower your heart rate, increase energy levels and even improve digestion.
