Hopewell Outreach understands that home is where you're most comfortable and relaxed. Receiving palliative care at home means that our patients are close to their belongings and memories, all while receiving the best care and support.
Hopewell Outreach Service may be able to arrange the
provision of additional in-home nursing. It also provides
social, emotional and spiritual support to the person who
is palliative and to those providing care. This additional
support is an important aspect of care provided by the
Hospice and helps ease the emotional pressures of
those providing care at home.
